Watchful Wings Public Safety was formed June 1, 2016 to help combat crime. We are a volunteer organization committed to the safety and well being of our community.
Our mission is to help prevent and deter violence and crime through safety patrols, education, and community service.
We provide first aid medical response as well as providing community events such as:
- Winter blanket drives
- Community cleanup
- Clothing drives
- Water hygiene distribution
- Bibles distribution
- Clothing distribution
- Prayer Service
- Volunteer Security

Watchful Wings has a distinctive uniform that we wear out in the community. It's a military type look. Red beret, Red polo shirt, black Tactical pants and black tactical boots.
We provide the following programs:
- Street and Neighborhood Patrols
- Public Safety Education
- Youth Development Programs
- Disaster Assistance.
- (C.E.R.Ts), (CPR)
- Self-Defense
- Boxing & Fitness
- Pro Wrestling Training
- Assistance to Other Community Service Programs
- Stomp out bullying
- Lost and Missing search teams
As a member, you are required to be a positive role model for the youth in the community. You are also required to come to the aid and assist the people in need.
The main Watchful Wings activity is “Safety Patrol” in which members walk the streets or ride transit. The organization accepts volunteers who do not have a recent or serious criminal record and are not members of a gang or racial-hate group. In order to join the Safety Patrol program, members must be at least 16 years old. Members are paired up and follow the directions of a Patrol Leader. If their own or other citizens’ lives or health are endangered, they do what is lawful and necessary.
The philosophy of empowering the people through the collective act of being a service to others Volunteers are trained in self- defense, basic martial arts, CPR, law, communication and conflict resolution. They protect the most vulnerable residents and respond to criminality within the confines of the law all without aid of weapons. When the victimization of ordinary people infiltrates the daily lives of citizens to a greater extent than even cops or politicians can adequately handle, the Watchful Wings Public Safety stands ready to assist.
